The Role

You’ll be our Content Creator, responsible for creating amazing social content that grows our audience, strengthens our brand, and makes Trip the go-to name for calm and well-being. You’re not just a content creator; you’re a storyteller who knows how to make people stop scrolling and hit “buy/like.” 

You’ve got a good eye for aesthetics, love experimenting with video content, and have a knack for turning trends into magic. Plus, you’re comfortable being in front of the camera.

Skills & Experience

• You’re an Influencer and a creative wizard with 3+ years of experience in social media, skilled at creating standout videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Shooting and editing come naturally to you—you make everything look effortless while telling compelling stories that drive engagement.
• TikTok and Instagram are your playgrounds, and you are always on top of the latest trends. Managing a social media calendar is second nature and you love bringing fresh ideas to life each week.
• You’ve got a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences, especially in the wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or fashion space.
• Collaboration is key—you’re experienced in working with influencers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life.
• You’re comfortable with social media analytics tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite, using data to fine-tune your strategies and optimise performance.
• Proactive, creative, and thriving in fast-paced environments, you’re always looking for the next big opportunity to create scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and star in 15-20 amazing, scroll-stopping short-form videos every month. Whether it's for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, your content will spread calm vibes across our platforms.
• Social Calendar Ownership: Help shape and manage our social media calendar, working with the marketing and design team to develop platform-specific strategies that resonate with our audience and align with key trends.—you’ll have plenty of creative freedom here!
• Trend Integration: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, integrating viral moments into Trip’s content strategy and optimising for platform algorithms to maximise engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Community Engagement: Engage with followers by responding to comments, sharing user-generated content, and building an authentic community that connects with Trip’s mission.
• Collaborations & Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand our reach through social collaborations, giveaways, and activations.
• Live Content Capture: Occasionally attend high-profile events to capture live content, ensuring Trip’s presence remains relevant and dynamic.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Managers and Growth Team to adapt marketing campaigns for social media, and to align on strategies that support both organic and paid social growth.
• Grow Our Following: Organically increase follower growth and engagement on Trip’s social channels through best-in-class content that’s authentic and inspiring.

Creator Location

• For this role, we are open to remote working from UK timezone, with at least 1 day per week in the lovely, bright and spacious office 1 minute from Notting Hill Gate station. The rest of the team are in the office 4 days per week.
• Travel to in-person events or content capture sessions as needed.
• Travel to stores and locations that stock our TRIP products as needed.
