The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Brand to join the TRIP team and help drive action on our mission to help millions of people globally find their calm. This role is a 9-12 month maternity cover.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the brand team and executing our 2025 strategy across the UK, US and EU. There will be opportunities to work on ATL campaigns, exciting new product launches, and across our Trade & DTC Marketing channels. You will be part of the Senior Management team, reporting directly to the Senior Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• As Head of Brand you will have 3 direct reports and a team of 6 talented brand managers, social creators and trade marketing specialists to manage. With more hires joining in 2025.

• You will be responsible for ensuring we deliver on our ambitious 2025 goals, whilst continually elevating the TRIP brand

• Executing our brand campaigns across 2025 and working closely with all channel owners to align on activations

• Overseeing our influencer and celebrity partnerships and content

• Managing our Trade Marketing team to increase ROS and improve the brand experience

• Being a brand guardian for TRIP, ensuring our brand experience is best-in-class on shelf or online. Inputting to creative briefs and signing off on key creative work

• Managing the launch of our exciting pipeline of NPD

• Setting TRIP up for success in the US and new international markets

• Managing our key press relationships and coverage opportunities

• Tracking our 2025 Brand Budget and reporting to SLT on performance against KPIs

• Motivating and inspiring our wider business on the role of the TRIP brand

About You

• You have 10+ years of experience in marketing and brand

• You’ve previously worked as Head of Brand in a scale up business

• You’ve worked in FMCG and preferably with a beverage business

• Broad understanding of marketing across off-trade, on-trade and DTC

• Experience running ATL campaigns

• Experience in the US market

• Experience with NPD launches

• Creative and commercial mindset

• A strong team leader and passionate about supporting career development
