Our U.S. Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting TRIP Drinks' U.S. expansion by helping to build the TRIP brand playbook in the U.S. and supporting the launch of key retail listings.

Job Description
Our U.S. Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting TRIP Drinks' U.S. expansion by helping to build the TRIP brand playbook in the U.S. and supporting the launch of key retail listings. The role will be focused on developing our U.S. trade marketing strategy as well as helping us to build brand awareness and community engagement in the U.S. You’ll collaborate closely with our U.S. team and TRIP HQ who are based in London.
Responsibilities
Brand
Build out the brand calendar for the U.S., aligning with cross functional teams, in-store activations and cultural moments
Optimise and adapt TRIP’s creative assets for a U.S. audience
Ideate and execute exciting partnerships and brand collaborations for TRIP in the U.S.
Support with the execution of paid U.S. influencer and celebrity shoots
Support with the launch of our pipeline of exciting NPD for the U.S. market
Support with organic influencer outreach & gifting opportunities
Shopper Marketing
Develop and execute our U.S. shopper marketing strategies to deliver TRIP’s business objectives in the U.S.
Work closely with our retail partners to develop in-store activations and marketing campaigns to raise TRIP’s brand awareness
Manage the U.S. marketing budget and reporting processes
Work with TRIP’s creative team to create best-in-class POS assets that give TRIP more on and off shelf presence and bring to life the mission to create calm in the everyday chaos
Represent our U.S. shopper at all key meetings, using retailer segmentation and building out TRIP’s shopper profile, behaviours and needs
Lead on retailer sampling events, gifting opportunities and HQ drops
Amplify TRIP to trade press by engaging journalists with proactive and reactive editorial, booking media and creating advertorials
Support the retail sales team in bringing to life TRIP at key trade events
Optimise TRIP’s retail ecommerce platforms and U.S. DTC website
Experience
3+ years experience in marketing with some experience in trade or shopper marketing
You have experience within the food and beverage sector
You have experience working with nationwide retailers such as Target, Wholefoods or Vitamin Shoppe
You have a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen and a flair for creativity
Confident project manager, able to assemble and lead cross-functional teams to projects on track.
You’re able to solve problems creatively and are solution oriented in a tough situation
You’re comfortable working at pace and are able to keep momentum on multiple tasks concurrently. You understand when to shift focus in line with team priorities.
You communicate clearly and kindly, which helps you to build excellent relationships and get the best out of those around you
A passion for marketing. You proactively share best practises from other industries that the team can learn from and be inspired by
