Brand Manager: Shopper, Insights & Campaigns

Job Description
We are looking for a commercially minded and creative Brand Manager focussing on shopper, insights and campaigns to join our fast growing team at TRIP. You’ll collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to devise and execute impactful, shopper-led retail activations that drive awareness and conversion in stores and online, whilst making TRIP synonymous with calm.
Responsibilities
Shopper
Develop a Trade Marketing plan that helps drive awareness and conversion for TRIP across our retail partners
Create a calendar of in-store activations that align with TRIP’s broader marketing objectives and business goals
Manage the trade marketing budget and monthly reporting process
Work with TRIP’s creative team to create best-in-class POS assets that give TRIP more on and off shelf presence and bring to life the mission to create calm in the everyday chaos
Work alongside TRIP’s retail account managers to build and execute ecomm activations and optimise TRIP’s presence online
Foster connection between the sales and marketing teams by taking ownership of weekly syncs and monthly digests to ensure cross-functional planning, calendars and insights are aligned
Ideate exciting partnerships with retailer marketing teams to create impactful brand and retail activations
Educate key B2B stakeholders on TRIP’s mission and empower their teams with Calm membership, hosting wellness events, and partnering with selected charitie
Amplify TRIP to trade press by engaging journalists with proactive and reactive editorial, booking media and creating advertorials
Support the retail sales team in bringing to life TRIP at key trade events including Lunch, Imbibe and sampling opportunities
Insights
Analysing and sharing consumer data to provide brand strategy insights to the Brand, Sales and Growth team to ensure we can serve our community best
Campaigns
Managing 360 brand campaigns to help increase brand awareness and support ROS nationwide
Planning the brand calendar and aligning campaign moments cross-functionally
Inspire the teams with best in class examples of brand campaigns, trade marketing and shopper activations
Requirements
4+ years experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a brand, trade or shopper marketing position
You have experience within the food and beverage sector
You have a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen and a flair for creativity
Confident project manager, able to assemble and lead cross-functional teams to keep complex projects on track. You’re able to solve problems creatively and are solution oriented in a tough situation
You’re comfortable working at pace and are able to keep momentum on multiple tasks concurrently. You understand when to shift focus in line with team priorities.
You communicate clearly and kindly, which helps you to build excellent relationships and get the best out of those around you
A passion for marketing. You proactively share best practises from other industries that the team can learn from and be inspired by
