The Role

TRIP is looking for a Social Content Manager to join its rapidly growing business. You will be strategically minded with a strong understanding of social media and how to create viral content to drive growth. You will be experienced in the industry with 3+ years working in social, managing multiple platforms and briefing content creators with a proven track record of delivering results. Key Responsibilities

• Organically increase follower growth and engagement on TRIP’s core social channels through best-in-class content, making TRIP synonymous with calm

• Devise a social content calendar for TRIP, creating content for macro and micro trends

• Produce weekly content based on the social content calendar, whilst following trends to uncover reactive opportunities to create viral moments

• Track performance and present social insights as part of monthly social reviews with senior management

• Stay on top of the latest social media trends and platform updates, sharing insights with the rest of the business where relevant

• Work closely with the Brand Managers to adapt brand marketing campaigns for social

• Work closely with the Growth team to share organic social insights for our paid social strategy to optimise performance

• Work closely with our Sales team to amplify TRIP on Linkedin to key stakeholders and retailers

• Find and brief content creators, influencers and collaborators

• Work with brand partners to amplify social giveaways, events and activations

About You

• 3+ years of experience in social media and content

• Platform experience with Tiktok, Instagram and Linkedin

• Proven ability to increase engagement and social growth

• Confident with content creation, showcasing creative flare with shooting and editing skills

• An aesthetic eye for what great content looks like in the beauty, lifestyle, wellness or fashion space

• Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite

• Confident in finding talented social creators, briefing and reviewing creative
