Now the world's #1 calming beverage brand, TRIP's award-winning drinks and wellness products are crafted with botanicals and adaptogens to help people relax, unwind and find balance. Since launch, TRIP has rapidly expanded from the UK across Europe and North America, generating more than £100 million in sales last year.
There has never been a better time to join our team and be part of the movement.
The role
As we continue to grow our range, launch into new markets and bring more products to life, we’re looking for a detail-obsessed Packaging Art Co-ordinator / Junior Packaging Technologist to join the team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the technical side of packaging and artwork and wants to build their career within a fast-moving, ambitious consumer brand. You’ll play a key role in getting our packaging from creative concept through to production.
Working closely with our Packaging, Product Development, Quality and Creative teams, you’ll help make sure artwork is accurate, technically correct and ready to go to print, whether that’s a new flavour launch, a packaging refresh or adapting existing designs for a new market.
You’ll need an exceptional eye for detail, a strong understanding of artwork and print production, and the confidence to manage multiple projects at pace.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and track packaging artwork across multiple live projects, keeping timelines, versions and approvals organised and up to date.
Review artwork carefully at every stage, identifying issues before files reach production.
Roll out approved designs accurately across different colours, substrates, sizes and markets.
Prepare artwork for release to printers and suppliers, ensuring files meet the required technical specifications.
Managing the relationship with key suppliers to ensure packaged files are delivered on time in full, to the TRIP brand and suppliers’ standards.
Support colour management across packaging and help maintain consistency across different substrates, suppliers and production methods.
Support ancillary product launches, led by Brand to execute ancillary product activation across drinks, supplements, powders and new formats
Management across packaging and help maintain consistency across different substrates, suppliers and production methods.
Work confidently with dielines, cutter guides and print-ready artwork.
Work closely with Packaging, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, Creative and external suppliers to keep projects moving.
Interpret stakeholder feedback and make accurate revisions quickly and efficiently.
Maintain a clear audit trail of artwork changes, approvals and final files.
Help us continuously improve the way we manage artwork, packaging processes and technical standards as TRIP grows.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to have seen everything before, but you should have a strong foundation in packaging artwork, repro or print production and be excited to build your technical expertise.
Ideally, you’ll have experience or knowledge of:
Checking artwork for print, including bleed, overprint, trapping, spot colours, varnishes and export settings.
CMYK and Pantone colour systems.
Digital, flexo, gravure and lithographic printing processes.
Dielines, cutter guides and die-cut formats.
Packaging formats including cans, cartons, wraps, labels, pouches, sachets and shrink sleeves.
Different production methods, including digital vs large-scale production and direct print vs sleeving.
The repro and pre-press process and how artwork files are prepared by printers.
Basic packaging material structures, including laminates and mono-materials.
Most importantly, you’ll be highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple projects and someone who notices the detail others might miss.
Nice to have
It would be great if you also have:
Experience working within beauty, food, drink, supplements or another fast-moving consumer brand.
Exposure to UK/US/EU packaging or labelling regulations.
Experience working across a large portfolio of products or SKUs.
Experience producing POS or wider retail artwork.
An interest in packaging materials, print finishes and production feasibility.
An understanding of how creativity, commercial practicality and sustainability come together in packaging.
You’ll thrive at TRIP if you…
Move before you’re ready — you’re comfortable working at pace and finding solutions as you go.
Own the outcome — you take responsibility for your work and see things through.
Obsess over consumers — you understand that every detail contributes to how people experience our brand.
Challenge with kindness — you’re comfortable speaking up when something isn’t right and work collaboratively to fix it.
Get better every week — you’re curious, keen to learn and always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
