The Role
Our DTC Brand Content Manager will be a crucial part of improving the way we grow the brand and introduce TRIP to new customers around the world through impactful and engaging content and creative.
This role will build and utilise consumer insights, create best-in-class paid and organic creative, work on influencer programs, launch brand partnerships and more. You will gain a deep understanding of our digital marketing channels and be crucial in driving TRIPs success online.
You will also shape the way we develop the brand by testing new channels, building new creative strategies and learning from some of the best and brightest minds in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Optimise DTC creative
Constantly working to drive acquisition & retention through effective creative across paid, owned and organic channels, including Meta, Amazon and TikTok. Using data-led insights and macro cultural trends to keep creative relevant and effective.
Influencer creative
Constantly working to drive acquisition through optimisation of influencer creative from ideating briefs for shoots to overseeing the production and final delivery. Using learnings to find the best talents and set ups for shoots.
NPD launches
Ideate exciting NPD launches for DTC customers. Developing the strategy, positioning and execution for TRIP’s innovation pipeline and launching the new products online.
Activate Brand Partnerships
TRIP has worked with some amazing partners, including Calm, Rixo, Free People and Bumble - this role will be crucial in supporting the implementation of new and existing partnerships that surprise and delight our community and continue to elevate our brand while driving impactful awareness and ROI.
Data & Insights
Sharing ideas, insights and data to continually improve D2C performance and commercial growth.
Brand Guardianship
Grow and protect the TRIP brand, ensuring consistency and best-in-class execution across all digital channels.
About you
- 4+ years’ experience experience in a D2C brand. You have an excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and creative strategy.
- Hands on experience of ideating, optimising and briefing creative to scale across paid digital channels with the ultimate goal of new customer acquisition.
- Someone who loves brands and the way they build connections with their communities
- Have a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen and a flair for creativity
- You’re a capable project manager, able to assemble and lead cross-functional teams to keep complex projects on track. You’re able to solve problems creatively and are solution oriented in a tough situation
- You’re comfortable working at pace and are able to keep momentum on multiple tasks concurrently. You understand when to shift focus in line with team priorities.
- You communicate clearly and kindly, which helps you to build excellent relationships and get the best out of those around you
- You proactively share best practises from other industries that the team can learn from and be inspired by

- Salary: DOE
- Pension plan: 3% from the employer & 5% from the employee
